He sold our home in 2 days, and was then beyond patient with us as we looked for our next home (with kiddos and grandparents in tow!) He is fun and professional and knows how to keep everything and everyone organized and on track. A true pro, he managed the whole buying process exceptionally well. He really wanted to be sure we were getting the right home at the right price, and several times identified potential issues that we would have overlooked that could have ended up costing us tens of thousands and/or a lot of headaches. Through his custom portal of listings that matched our requirements we got notified immediately of a great deal on what is now our new home, and were able to view and get our offer in before other buyers got to view it.
